Started playing in 1989 with Levenmouth Pipe Band under P/M
J.B. Anderson. Since then have played with R.A.F. Leuchars (P/M I. Hughes). Kelty and Blairadam (P/M R.
Barnes) and Bowhill Pipe Band (P/M D Clunie). Joined
Kinglassie nearly four years ago.
Enjoy watching boxing and spending as much time as I can
with my daughter.

I started Kinglassie Pipe Band at the age of 6 years
old, 16 years ago. I took a year out of piping and
joined Inverkeithing for a while. John McIntyre was my first
ever pipe major but got a little more experienced with David
Smith taking on the new lead as Pipe Major. I enjoy
playing with the Band as I got to meet new people and the
competitions are exciting.
My other hobbies are swimming,
dancing and socialising with friends.

Started playing seven months ago although
started learning 2 years ago, bag pipe and chanter.
Enjoy the other band members plus learning new tunes.
I really like being taught by Tam. I enjoy the
friendly atmosphere of the band just like a big family with
loads of different age groups.
My other hobbies and interests are being a PARS and Scotland
fan, Playstation II, Xbox 360, Karate.
